FORUM KICK-OFF WORKSHOP DAY
Utilizing Behavioral Observations & Coaching
to Improve Performance of Your Oil and Gas Workforce
We are pleased to announce our thought-provoking Pre-Conference Workshop which will focus on how behavioural observations & coaching are directly linked to performance development.
During this half-day program, we will look outside the Oil and Gas HR Leader function to help the industry achieve operational excellence and set the stage for the Performance Improvement-focused Main Forum Day 1.
This Workshop is ideal for anyone seeking solid guidance in key performance development challenges now facing the global oil and gas industry and the ways in which HR can ensure that through observation and coaching expectations are being pursued, necessary changes are being identified, behaviour gaps are closing and performance levels are significantly improving.
We will combine intensive sessions and highly interactive discussions that will include presentations, case studies and group exercises. The number of participants is limited to ensure group cohesiveness and encourage collaborative learning.
- Understanding how to deliver consistent, observable expectations
- Ensuring through observations that expected behaviors are exhibited
- Addressing behavior gaps through coaching
- Defining the importance of recognizing and reinforcing positive behaviours
- Embracing the benefit of documented observations and coaching to improve performance
